  • I will join Pepperdine University as a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Data Science beginning Fall 2026.
  • My manuscript, Financial NeQTL: A Genomics-Inspired Bayesian Approach to Market Structure Inference, was completed and is currently under review.
  • I contributed to the Drexel University team’s FY 2026 Supporting Effective Educator Development grant proposal, providing input on statistics, AI integration, evaluation design, and performance measures.

2025

  • My paper on literature-derived duplicate records in the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System database was selected as Editor’s Choice for the February issue of Canadian Journal of Physiology and Pharmacology.
  • I received the Tharp Endowed Award from the College of Arts and Sciences for excellence in teaching and research.
  • I continued research on Financial NeQTL / FiNeQTL models for financial market prediction.

2024

  • I began my postdoctoral appointment at the University of South Florida on August 7, 2024.
  • I completed my Ph.D. in Mathematics with a concentration in Statistics at the University of South Florida on May 2nd, 2024.
  • I presented research on deception detection, sentiment analysis, and transformer-based statistical learning at academic conferences.

2022

  • Passed the Specialty Qualifying Exam at the Ph.D. level in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of South Florida on March 22, 2022.
  • Advanced to Ph.D. candidacy in Mathematics with a concentration in Statistics at the University of South Florida in Fall 2022.

2021

  • Passed the Qualifying Exam on Mathematical Statistics at the Ph.D. level in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of South Florida on August 16, 2021.
